WORKMANS COMPENSATION FUND (1-2 Weeks) – COIDA

All companies including individuals employing one or more employees are required to register with the Fund within seven (7) working days from the date of employment. The Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, known as COIDA.

COIDA Registration – R1300
Letter of Good Standing – R980
Return of Earnings – R500

Requirements:
1. Company name & registration number
2. Number & full names of employees
3. Certified ID/Passport copies
4. Submission of Return of Earnings
